Event Description
Are you an Ironman, aspire to be one or just need some inspiration? If so, join local triathletes at the Recreation Center for a uniquely motivating experience! Come watch the Emmy award winning NBC broadcast of the 2010 Ironman World Championships while training and then hear from a handful of Ironman athletes at to what it takes to compete at Ironman. After the broadcast, we’ll hold a Q&A with our panel of local Ironman athletes while you enjoy some post workout recovery food and beverage.
Athletes are encouraged to workout on the spin bikes, treadmills, or bring in their own bike and trainer, while viewing the Ironman broadcast.
