Subaru-Trek pro Russell Finsterwald on form to begin 2012
Subaru-Trek pro rider Russell Finsterwald spent a tough hour on his road bike, hammering away in the Colorado Springs Classic Criterium on Sunday, April 1. Finsterwald, a Coronado High Schol gradiuate and Colorado Springs resident, started 2012 with a short-track win at the Rock N' Road Cyclery Cup at Bonelli Park in San Dimas, Calif. He said he's feeling strong and looking forward to a big year.
"I think my form is right where I want it to be right now and that it just keeps going up," Finsterwald said.
