Some tough runners plowed into an icy north wind on Saturday in Monument in the Winter Series III 10-mile race. Mike Killam, 30, of Colorado Springs, took the win in 1 hour, 1 minute and 53 seconds. Clare Bar, 25, Colorado Springs, won for the second time in three starts. She finished in 1:09:23
