Fall weather officially arrived for the start of the Pumpkin Run 10K on Saturday (Oct. 3, 2015) at Venetucci Farm in Colorado Springs. The runners enjoyed the cool weather as Christopher Gregoy, 35, of Westminster, captured the win in the men's race. Gregory covered the cross-country course in 37 minutes, 1 second, while Christopher Camacho (21, Colorado Springs) placed second in 39:26. Grant Drummond, 38, of Woodland Park, was third in 40:05.
In the women's race, Kierann Toth (31, Colorado Springs) won again, charging around the farm in 42:57. Amy Batson (32, Colorado Springs) kept it close to finish in 43:26, with Katie Robinson (35, Woodland Park) placing third in 46:30.
