Start of the Girls on the Run 5K, Nov. 12, 2011, at Venetucci Farm

About 250 runners tackled a rolling race course at Venetucci Farm on Saturday in the Girls on the Run 5K. Mike Stephens and Olivia Ward took the wins. The race was a fundraiser for Girls on the Run, a program that helps to empower girls to live a healthful lifestyle.

Awesome!  Thanks Pikes Peak Sports for coming out and supporting the Girls on the Run!  The girls had a blast!  This is such a great program.
