Congratulations to Katlen Adragna, 24, Colorado Springs, who bolted to a new women's course record in the Garden of the Gods 5K on June 14 in Manitou Springs. Adragna covered the hilly course in 21 minutes, 18 seconds.
Adam Rich, 34, Colorado Springs, won for the second time in as many starts, clocking a 16:44.
