Salvation Army's Rose Mertz has a race for you
Our friend Rose Mertz is inviting runners to participate in the 3rd Annual 5K Run/Walk for Hope, beginning at 9 a.m. June 25 at the Flying Horse Barefoot Park, 2324 Diamond Creek Dr. Runners can enter for a $35 donation, or enter a team of three for $125. Everyone gets a T-shirt and water bottle. There will be a kids fun run, plus helicopter rides for $50. And, there will also be the Paws for the Cause dog walk.
