Sage Canaday hits Pikes Peak Ascent finish at 14,115 feet

Sage Canaday led the Team USA men to the World Mountain Running Association World Long Distance Championship, winning the 2014 Pikes Peak Ascent in 2 hours, 10 minutes, 3 seconds. He had to work for it, passing Azerya Teklay of Eritrea in the last half mile. Teklay clocked 2:10:47. Team USA's Andy Wacker and Eric Blake were close behind. Wacker finished third in 2:11:39. Blake, the 2013 ascent champion, hit the summit in 2:12:15.
