Opening Day at Monarch Mountain
Monarch Mountain opened on Friday with quality snow under perfect Rocky Mountain sunshine. Here is a video from the folks at Monarch, including commentary from CEO Rich Moorhead, who talks about Front Range skiers and their importance to Monarch's success. The area is especially dedicated to military personnel.
"Those guys are good to have around," Moorehead said. "We try to take care of them and they're good to us as well.
