Monument cyclist Laurel Rathbun talks about winning two national championships
Laurel Rathbun, 16, of Monument, said she broke down in tears of joy when she won the Junior Women 15-16 Criterium on June 22 at the USA Cycling National Road Championships in Augusta, Ga. She then added a national title in match sprints at track nationals.
