Justin Chaston, 42, of Colorado Springs outran a talented field to capture the top spot in the 5K on St. Patrick's Day race Saturday in Colorado Springs. Chaston,a three-time Olympian (steeplechase), finished in 15:07.51. Augustus Maiyo, a Kenyan-born runner stationed at Fort Carson, was second. Boulder Running Company runner Michael Weiss finished third. Apologies for the race announcer blowing out the sound on the video ... incredibly loud.
