We caught up with James Burns at the finish of Winter Series III. The 24-year-old triathlete has won all three Winter Series III short-course races. Burns finished his 2012 triathlon season with several top-10 finishes and hopes to win a big race in 2013. He battled a cold headwind to clock 27:05 in Saturday's 5-miler.
