PikesPeakSports.us hiked up the first few miles of Barr Trail with the AdAmAn Club today. The weather was perfect. Of course it changed later. The club was on it's way to spend the night at Barr Camp. It will climb to the summit of Pikes Peak on Friday (New Year's Eve) and shoot off fireworks at midnight. The weather was great in the morning, but the group reported that it reached Barr Camp in a hard snowfall.
