Just in time for Christmas, PikesPeakSports.us will give away a copy of the new book "365 Days of Pikes Peak: The Journey" by The Pikes Peak Guy, a local photographer who captured images of the peak every day of the year, beginning June 1, 2010.
The book contains 220 glossy pages of his amazing photography and thoughtful blog excerpts. The book sells for $99. His photos reveal the beauty and dramatic nature of Pikes Peak, the granite icon that dominates the horizon and the imagination of all who live in its shadow.
The Pikes Peak Guy writes: "As I shared my project throughout the year, I was overwhelmed by the reaction of everyone I spoke to about it, and knew from the minute I began this endeavor it was a project that people have been waiting for."
We think you'll agree. This is a book long overdue. Check out The Pikes Peak Guy's website to purchase copies of the book.
