Winter Running

Got a question for the gang - so now that winter is really here - how does the cold and snowy weather affect your running? Do you stop all together, hit the treadmill, or go out no matter what?

I just bought a pair of Kahtoola spikes. I ran this morning in deep trail snow and hard pack on the road. They worked great. No traction issues at all. It was nice to just run without worrying about pace. There is no fast in the snow.
