From the Denver Post

The most significant change in the Bolder Boulder course since the finish line was moved to Folsom Field in 1981 will greet runners come Memorial Day.

The race will start about a mile south of its traditional start on 30th Street. The change is being made to ease traffic and parking concerns, because it will put the starting line much closer to the finish at Folsom Field.
