The HART (High Altitude Running Team) had a great long run in Monument this morning  It was a little cold at the start but it warmed up nicley.  We ran out south towards the Academy and ran back.  Sunny and no wind was great as couple of our runners are training for the Las Vegas Marathon next month.  Today was a 20 miler for them.  The rest of the team will be running the YMCA Turkey Trot Thursday morning.  That race is shaping up to be huge this year.  Happy Thanksgiving and good luck to all running one of the many races this week.
