This is the start of the 2011 Rocky Mountain State Games 5K at Memorial Park in Colorado Springs. William Edwards, 19, of Colorado Springs, won in a person-best time of 16 minutes, 12 seconds. Heather Enos, 33, of Boulder, won the women's race in 20:26.
