Has anyone rode Buckhorn or Capt. Jacks lately? I rode Red Rocks Canyon Sunday and the conditions were great and would love to start riding higher. Thanks.

Rode Gold Camp to Buckhorn and High Drive today. The Buckhorn is in great shape. One patch of snow at the top but you can ride around it. Gold Camp dry. High Drive had snow in the usual places toward the bottom but it was all very rideable.
Hey man, that's a great ride. I bet Cpt. Jacks is still pretty messy. I rode over in Red Rock Canyon today. Just quick ride, about an hour. Trail is super dry and gravel in some places. Front wheel slid out a few times.

yes I think you are right. I was running short on time so we didn't ride capt. jacks. I'll check it out soon. I also wanted to ride high drive to check it out too. This weekend should really clean up the trails up there. We are going to ride Monday if you are interested Brian. I would go Sunday but I have to shoot the bike race.

Brian, I rode Capt. Jacks today and it's kind of a mess on top with snow. The south-facing bottom part is dry as a bone. In a week it should be in great shape on top.
