The Cheyenne Mountain Trail Race is coming up a week from Saturday (the 28th) and we're going to be hitting the park this weekend to run some of the course and talk fitness and mechanics and whatever else with local coach and fellow distance runner Josh Winter.  We're leaving from CRC's downtown store at 8:15 so we can carpool and save on entry fees if you're interested.

Stop in and run with us and you can sign up on the spot with us if you'd like and save the late entry premium and online processing fees.
