Event Description
Start your weekend off right with a Friday evening ride at Cafe Velo. Coach Nicole of NEO Endurance Sports & Fitness will lead this all-levels ride. We'll meet at 6pm to ride at 6:15pm, and ride for 45-60 minutes. All bikes are welcome - just make sure it's in good working order and that you have a helmet. Relieve your stress from the week and enjoy some good company. This will be a weekly ride so we hope to see you often!
It's also the Cafe Velo Open House this Friday!
