Matt Williams is a professional distance runner for Brooks/Pikes Peak Elite Track Club, and works as a physical therapist in the Air Force. Being both an elite athlete and therapist, Matt brings a wide spectrum of experience regarding running injuries. He will be giving a talk on the three most important exercises for injury prevention at Boulder Running Company - Colorado Springs
