So today I just did a 5 miles run today at the Garden of the Gods today with my Achilles friends Brandon and Melissa on this run this afternoon www.gardenofgods.com This time we did not run on the road we run the there trail and man was a full house at the Garden of the Gods.Put we hits there trail a lot of up hills and down hills. So in first week of today I will be run the 2018 Summer Roundup Trail Half Marathon thttp://summerroundup.com/ his Sunday July 8, 2018 at Cheyenne Mountain State Park www.colorado.com/state-parks/cheyenne-mountain-state-park so at were I run my first trail run this past April for a 10K miles. At was a sort distant run put now it will be a Half marathon a 13 miles run as part of the triple crown challenge this summer.I did it before and now do in it again  Wish me luck on Sunday #RunMattRun
