Hey all of you fabulous female runners! Plan to run in the the new 4 For Mom, an all-women's race on Mother's Day, May 13. It all starts at 8 a.m. in Monument Valley Park.

The course is four miles, mostly flat, all dirt.

Registration is $20 until May 12, $25 on race day.

The race is a fund raiser for TESSA (http://www.tessacs.org/), which provides immediate safety for women, children and other victims escaping abuse; empowers survivors through programs and support such as advocacy and counseling; and creates a safer future through education and outreach to schools, businesses, and other organizations.
