Hey everyone, this is going to be a great event. On July 18th there will be a 5K run/walk held at the Rock Ledge Ranch at 8:30 am! It is going to be a very family-friendly day with plenty of vendors there, live music, and much more! The course will wrap around Rock Ledge Ranch and consists of very few hills so plan on running a very fast 5K time.

The entry fee is only $15 for kids (16 and under) or $20 for adults. There is also a family deal that is $40 for 4 people. This fee gets you into the race, a t-shirt (while supplies last), and healthy snacks. Also, there will be prizes for the top finishers in the race so come out and show off your skills!

You can enter for this race at the Runner's Roost (www.runnersroostcs.com) which is located downtown Colorado Springs at 121 N. Tejon Street. Also, you can register the day of the event with registration starting at 7:30 am.

The best part of all of this is that all of the proceeds go towards David's Fund that helps pay for shoes for athletes who are less fortunate, scholarships for track athletes at Coronado High School, and scholarships for track athletes at UCCS.
