Adventure in every direction with Ride The Rockies (RTR) June 9-15, 2018. On Colorado's premier cycling tour, riders will take in breathtaking Rocky Mountain views on the tour of a lifetime.
The 2018 Tour will showcase the communities of Breckenridge, Edwards, Steamboat Springs, Grand Lake and Winter Park over 418 miles seeing 25,935’ of total elevation gain. The 6-day cycling event will be a loop ride, beginning and ending in the historic mining town of Breckenridge. Route highlights include: Fremont Pass, Tennessee Pass, State Bridge and Ute Pass.
For the VIP treatment, registrants can sign up for the RTR Prologue Experience taking place June 8 and June 9 limited to 50 individuals. Prologue participants will enjoy a luxury stay near the RTR start line in Breckenridge as they wine, dine and ride with celebrity cyclists. The Prologue Ride will be 55.6 mile loop ride from Breckenridge to Fairplay via Hoosier Pass and return via Boreas Pass.
RTR will open up the ride to outside participants for the Steamboat Springs 1-Day Loop on Tuesday, June 12. The loop-day ride, open to riders and locals alike, will be 48 miles and end with an unforgettable party in Steamboat.
