Metabolic Efficiency

Just wanted to let you all know that starting today I'm doing a personal Metabolic Efficiency "study."  If any of you attended Bob Seebohar's clinic at Bicycle Village last month, you know what I'm talking about. Kelly Ping, RD from the UCCS Peak Nutrition Clinic is helping me out with skinfold tests and meal ideas. So let's see what changes my body will undergo with 3 weeks of eating fruits, veggies, lean meats and healthy fats!
