Marmapoints is a quarterly magazine and daily website published by the Smokebrush Foundation. We are devoted to promoting yoga and wellness in our Southern Colorado community.
Both the magazine and website are community efforts with submissions coming from a diverse population of local residents, including yoga teachers and students, yoga studio owners, personal trainers, musicians, healers, counselors and nutritionists. They write on a variety of topics, including all things yoga, alternative healing therapies, wholesome food choices, meditation, trends in exercise as well as personal growth and ‘Aha!’ moments.
Our intention is to deliver smart, open-minded and open-hearted information that will be of benefit in the quest to nourish mind, body and spirit. Anyone who shares in our inspiration is welcome to contribute to our pages and on our site. This is a magazine to promote those people, practices and healing arts that help us on our way to a balanced life and body.
