One of the most difficult things to master in adventure racing is proper fueling and hydration on the go. Not enough fuel, and you'll bonk. Too much fuel or water, and you'll puke. Not enough water, and you won't even finish the race. With up to 14 hours of endurance activity in one of our two lengths of racing, you'll find out if you've got fueling figured out or not.

Big Mountain Adventure, LLC, is offering a discount for all members of the Pikes Peak Sports Adventure Racing Group who register for our Rampart RAGE adventure race. If you're a racer, but haven't competed in an adventure race, you should definitely check it out. Adventure racing combines all of the disciplines of outdoor adventuring into one grand race: mountain biking, trail running/trekking, orienteering, kayaking and ropes challenges (no prior experience required)!
