A message from our club president:

JQRC Runners,
I just wanted to drop you a quick line and let you know that on July 2nd, around 6pm, one of our female runners had an issue with a man exposing himself in the park as well as
having to run through 10 men under the bridge who were reluctant to let her by. The experience made her feel unsafe on the run.

JQRC recommends that all runners consider running with a friend, as well as ensuring they are visible to oncoming bicycle/vehicle traffic during their run. JQRC encourages our members to continue to bring issues experienced during our runs to any committee member, so that it can be addressed in a timely manner. Thank you for your continued patronage!
