And recently he's noticed something else on the Incline - trash and dog poop, and lots of it. And the litter problem, he says, keeps getting worse. So Everson has taken action. He has provided plastic bags in a container at the base of the Incline, and he is trying to educate the public by spreading the word on Facebook, PikesPeakSports.us and other networks.<br />
