The St. Patrick's 5K is one of my favorite races because of how the racers "dress up." Last year was my first time running, so I didn't know about this, but this year I was well prepared. Here I am in my homemade running outfit! I received many compliments on it, and one lady even asked to have her picture taken with me. What an honor! :) Another woman asked if there was a "costume contest" because if so, I should "win." Yay!
