SUMMARY:Whitewater Adventure Race (W.A.R.) 5k
DESCRIPTION:This event is run in two divisions, competitive and citize
 n.  Both divisions will begin at Veterans Park.  The competitive wav
 e will run along the Arkansas Riverwalk trail to the Ropes Course.  T
 he participants will complete 3 lower elements at the Course, which ma
 y include walking the plank, shimmying across wire, and scaling a rock
  wall.  They will then get back onto the trail continuing to Centenni
 al Park where they will enter the obstacle course, consisting of appro
 ximately ten obstacles. The runners will go through the obstacles and 
 finish with a slip ‘n slide into home plate at the baseball field. 
  The citizen division will run from Veterans Park to Centennial Park a
 nd only complete the obstacle course, removing the 5K run from this wa
