DESCRIPTION:Workouts for Triathletes by Triathletes!\nThat’s right, 
 if you are going to race a triathlon this summer, whether you are a se
 asoned veteran or getting ready for your first race, these workouts ar
 e for you.\nTuesday workouts will be swim/bike while Thursday workouts
  will be bike/run. You’ll learn how to maximize your fitness and com
 fort level going from one discipline to the next. These workouts are d
 esigned to increase your fitness level and prepare you for the warmer 
 months to come. All workouts will be designed and led by 12x Ironman f
 inisher Kevin Dessart.\n\nSwim workouts will take place in the Recreat
 ion Center Pool, bike workouts will utilize your own bike on Recreatio
 n Center trainers, and Run workouts will take place on the 1k course d
 irectly behind the Recreation Center in Memorial Park.\nDates:Feb 22-M
 ar 31 - Every Tues and Thurs (12 total workouts)\nTime: All workouts s
 tart at 5:30pm\nCost:Free for Rec Center Members / $199 for Non-Member
