DESCRIPTION:\nPPACG and the City of Colorado Springs are co-sponsoring
  another volunteer-based traffic count program to record bicycle and p
 edestrian traffic on trails and bicycle lanes around the region. This 
 count program will collect valuable data to help quantify the level of
  usage of the region’s bicycle and pedestrian transportation facilit
 ies. This data can be used to estimate existing use and future demand 
 as well as help identify and prioritize project needs and limited reso
 urces to fund bicycle and pedestrian projects. Volunteer for a 2-hour
