 ntemplate the fact that toilet paper cannot be purchased with food sta
 mps.  And, very few organizations that support the local struggling Â
  in our community have the funds available to purchase this essential 
 item for distribution to the needy.  Toilet paper is the most request
 ed items by organizations that support struggling families right here 
 in our own community.  Our friends and neighbors who depend on these 
 organizations to provide food, clothing and basic hygiene products for
  their families because they are struggling to pay for the basics of s
