 r to do a trail run with my Achilles friends and there dogs we all sta
 rt off to Manitou Springs manitousprings.org at  around 5:30 am to go
  up to Barr Camp and just got there around 8:15 am and got back down 
 about 10:00 am. In just almost 2 weeks I will be able to run the 2018 
 Pikes Peak Ascent http://www.pikespeakmarathon.org/ on Saturday August
