DESCRIPTION:The 10k is a technical and challenging course all on dirt 
 single track within Castlewood Canyon State Park.  The 5k is somewhat
  less challenging, run on half single track and half sidewalk along th
 e canyon rim.  Afterwards, join us for a pancake breakfast and take a
