  You're more than welcome to wear your own special Super Hero Costume.
 \nUSA Cares Mission: USA Cares exists to help bear the burdens of ser
 vice by providing post-9/11 military families with financial and advoc
 acy support in their time of need.\nOnline registration here!\nWhether
  you a serious runner, casual runner, walker, speed walker, stroller p
 usher or baby carrier, this is the 5k for you and your family and frie
 nds!  It'll be a celebration of all the Super Heros that make our lif
 e just a little sweeter and this world a much better place to live!  
 Furry family member must sit this 5k out - sorry no dogs allowed. \nD
 o you have a Super Hero that you'd like to honor?  Possibly your Supe
 r Hero is enlisted, deployed, fighting cancer, battling an illness or 
 waiting for you in Heaven.  Or, is you Super Hero dedicated to bringi
 ng awareness to an illness or a mission?  Maybe it is your child, mom
 , husband or best friend that you'd like to honor during this 5k? Is i
 t you? Are you a Super Hero by battling a war of your own? It doesn't 
 matter who your Super Hero is, what matters is are you ready to honor 
 them by running or walking this 5k?\nWater and first aid station will 
 be provided on the course. \nA finish celebration will include craft
  beer & live music!! Yes - we have a celebration at the finish line t
 o honor you and your Super Hero.\nA wall of Super Heros will be on-sit
 e for everyone to honor their Super Hero. Write a note, words of encou
 ragement, poems, or post a dedicaiton.  Would you like to add a photo

 nDay of registration will be available: 11am-12:30pm.\nRefunds will be
  permited 7 days prior to the event\nYou are allowed to give your regi
 stration to another participant, please have them arrive a little earl

 runners/walkers in Tutu's, Super Hero costums, and of course their mil
 itary attire, anything that is young age appropriate!  Each person re
 gistered will be supplied with a red super hero cape & a super hero ma
