 ble multisport events which will serve as great weeknight training rac
 es.\nDescription\nAll participants will swim in Prospect Lake, directl
 y behind the Recreation Center. They will run up the beach to the gras
 s transition area directly behind the Recreation Center and then compl
 ete 5 laps of the 1k crit course in the park. These races will be extr
