 n running team. The weekend is for men and women runners who have alre
 ady run at least 6 miles at 10 min / mile pace or better on road, and 
 want to learn more about trail running. Workshop sessions will cover t
 rail running techniques, gear, form, nutrition, etc.\nRates are $335 p
 er person sharing - double room / $305 per person sharing - tri-room /
  $285 per person sharing - bunk room - rates include rooms for 2 night
