 upport for the local non-profit organization NAWIC Pikes Peak Chapter 
 356. The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Pikes P
 eak Chapter 356 has been involved in the Colorado Springs community si
 nce 1996.\n The organization’s core purpose is to “enhance the su
 ccess of women in the construction industry” and offers many continu
 ing education opportunities for women in the industry. NAWIC Pikes Pea
 k Chapter 356 has been instrumental in supporting trades and construct
 ion education in the Colorado Springs area by organizing annual events
  such as the Block Kids Competition (Grades 1-6) and the CAD Competiti
 on (Grades 9-12). As a chapter we serve as volunteers for the annual
  Colorado Construction Career Days (Grades 11-12).\n\nFor more informa
