DESCRIPTION:The Penrose-St. Francis Health Services 5K (formerly the G
 irls on the Run 5K) will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at 10 
 a.m. at the Venetucci Farm.  Join the run and support a great caus
 e!  The event raises money for the Girls on the Run of the Rockies n
 onprofit, which is an innovative health education and wellness program
  that uniquely combines training for a 3.1 mile run/walk event with li
 fe-changing, self-esteem enhancing lessons that encourage healthy habi
 ts and an active lifestyle. This event is the culmination of the 10 
 week program for girls participating in Girls on the Run in the Pikes
  Peak region.\nRegistration:  Mail-in and online registration options
  are available.  Mail-in due by November 11st, online registration cl
 oses 11pm on November 13th.  Race Day registration available if space
  is available, open at 8:30am. Registration is limited to 500 runners.
