DESCRIPTION:THIS INDOOR TRIATHLON CLINIC IS DESIGNED TO PREPARE ATHLET
 ES FOR 'REAL WORK' IN SUBSEQUENT OUTDOOR CLINICS FOR THE 2011 SEASON.\
 nMonday & Wednesday 6:00 - 7:45 (flex) pm at Colo Spgs Rec Ctr. Union 
 and Pikes Peak\nThis is an annual clinic where we begin to add \"Doubl
 es\" and \"Bricks\", with gradual progress enabling athletes to be pro
 ficient for early season training. (References upon request)\nSchedule
  will include swimming each night, followed by a treadmill run or spin
  bike session. Sessions will include evaluating and refining running f
 orm and technique, with Intervals and Time Trials. Spin bike workouts 
 will include cadence, jumps, and climbing work; bike fit will also be 
 emphasized. You may bring your bike if you need a 'fit'.\nSwimming wil
 l continue to be progressive (for those now in Swim Clinic) to include
  Endurance, Drafting, Navigation and repetitive 750 yard Time Trials. 
 In order to maintain quick turn over, with correct technique, repetiti
 ve 100s will be part of each night's swim.\nTransition Demonstration w
 ill take place in final week. Vet\nTriathletes will share their storie
 s of the previous year, and how they arrived at their goals (some made
  podium).\nGoals will be determined for 2011 Season, along with how to
  reach them.\nPersonal daily training plans are available; please inqu
 ire if interested.\nTesting will include a Triathlon on last day of se
