DESCRIPTION:Come volunteer to help improve the Manitou Incline!\nThe C
 ities of Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs and the Incline Friends 
 will prune vegetation, remove rebar from the trail corridor, and close
  social trails on September 29, 2012.\nParking is only available at Ta
 jine Alami (10 Old Man's Trail, Manitou Springs).  Vans will transpor
 t volunteers to the Barr Parking Lot.  Do not park at the Barr Trailh
 ead parking lot, this parking will be reserved for recreational users.
 \nRegistration will begin at 7:30 a.m., with work starting at 8 a.m.. 
 Work will finish around 2 p.m.  The first van will leave the parking 
 lot at 6:45 a.m., and will run every 20 minutes.\nThe project will tak
 e place rain, snow, or shine.  Please dress in layers and be prepared
  for our Colorado weather; closed toe shoes, water, work gloves, and l
 unch are a must!  Sunscreen and hats are recommended.\nTrail work is 
 no fun for dogs, so please leave your pooches at home.  This project 
 is limited to volunteers 12 years and older. Children under 18 must be
  accompanied by an adult and have a waiver signed by a guardian.\nPlea
 se note the Incline is not officially open or legal, hiking the Inclin
 e is still considered trespassing.  Due to the nature of the Incline,
  trail work will range from moderate to difficult. \n\nFor more infor
