DESCRIPTION:\nThe 10 mile course is a loop-back on asphalt roads and t
 he concrete walkway system of the spectacular Garden of the Gods Park 
 on the east edge of Manitou Springs. Elevation ranges from 6,210' to 6
 ,530'. The park is closed to vehicles during the race so the entire co
 urse is run on pavement. There are significant elevation changes with 
 the high point at miles 4 and 5. The race starts and finish at Memoria
 l Park in Manitou Springs. The race is the first leg of the Triple Cro
