DESCRIPTION:  This is an Off-Road dirt duathlon. 3mile run, 9mile mou
 ntain bike then 3mile run. You can race as an individual or as a team,
  one person runs and another bikes. When on a team the runner tags the
  cyclist in the transition area and then the cyclist leaves the transi
 tion area and rides his or her portion and vise-versa. Age categories 
 are in ten year increments. Junior 18 and under, 19-29, 30-39, and so 
 forth to 50+, male and female. Teams: male, female, coed and junior.\n
