 l abilities of riders welcome - progress at your own pace. On May 12th
  and 13th, 2012 the Colorado Springs MTB Skills Clinic will teach ride
 rs from beginner to intermediate the core skills necessary to enhance 
 safety, fun, and learning on the MTB.\nRiders will start with a mornin
 g session of fundamental movements that are required for continued MTB
  success before progressing to an afternoon skills ride to apply the n
 ewfound knowledge.\nNutrition will also be discussed as it pertains to
  MTB training and racing - specifically, intake of Carbohydrate and fl
 uid for competition in hot weather.\nA bonus to this clinic will be th
 e ability of riders to get a pre-ride of the Ute Valley Pro XCT MTB co
 urse before race day. Riders will be able to come into that race feeli
