DESCRIPTION:The 1st Annual Blue Moon trail run, a twilight event laun
 ching 6 p.m. on August 31.  The 5K and 10K races are staged at Piñon
  Valley Park in NW Colorado Springs and runs exclusively along dirt tr
 ail and slick rock of varying elevations through beautiful Ute Valley 
 Park.  Kids races also are available (hosted by Girls on the Run), a
 nd childcare available (provided by Parks and Recreation).  Food and
  fun follows.  Proceeds benefit Parks, Recreation and Cultural Servic
