DESCRIPTION:April is Autism Awareness Month!  Please join us in raisi
 ng awareness and support for local children and adults affected by aut
 ism on Saturday, April 25, 2015.  We will be bringing the community t
 ogether for our 8th Annual 5K Walk and Run at America the Beautiful Pa
 rk just south of Downtown Colorado Springs. Registration is at 8:30am 
 and the 5k Walk/Run will begin at 10:00am.\n \nProceeds from this eve
 nt will sustain our continued efforts to provide intensive treatment, 
 resources, support, and advocacy to children and families affected by 
 autism in the Pikes Peak Region.  Autism now affects 1 in 68 children
  in the U.S., and over 1000 families in our local community.  The nee
 ds are greater than ever for treatment and hope for these children.\nÂ
